    • Professional installation is required for all components sold by Boost Factory. It is expected that the purchaser has the necessary technical know-how, knowledge, experience, and awareness of risks to safely install the purchased products.
  4. Disclaimer of Liability:
    • Boost Factory expressly disclaims any obligations or liabilities arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products or services.
    • No representations are made regarding the quality or performance of Boost Factory products. We shall not be held liable for any damages, whether consequential or otherwise, caused by defects or failures of our parts.
    • Furthermore, Boost Factory is not responsible for any labor, transportation, or other related costs arising from part failures or defects.
