Link Boost Control Solenoid - 3 Port (3BCS) - 101-0015

A MAC 35-series 3-port solenoid for electronic boost control on turbocharged engines. It works with internal or external wastegates, single or multiple (via a T-junction), and lets you raise boost to around 2-3 times the wastegate spring pressure using the ECU's open or closed-loop boost control. Fast, consistent response, high shifting force and a balanced poppet that ignores pressure variations make it a good fit for most boost control setups.

Suits: All Link ECUs; internal or external wastegates, single or multiple.

Notes

• Requires a spare ECU auxiliary output (switched to ground), 12 V ignition-switched power, a MAP sensor and boost control configured in the ECU. No separate boost controller is needed.
