Boost Factory Remote Tuning Credits

Remote tuning credits are available for purchase by the hour. Our in-house tuner is proficient with the following standalone ECUs:

• Haltech
• ECUMaster
• Link
• Emtron
• Motec

Please refer to the pricing structure below:

Remote diagnostics (minimum 1 hours to start): Purchase 1 credits

Remote base map and initial start up (minimum 3 hours to start): Purchase 3 credits

Remote dash configuration (minimum 2 hours to start): Purchase 2 credits

Remote PDM configuration (minimum 3 hours to start): Purchase 3 credits

Remote ECU Tuning Credit Policy

By purchasing Remote ECU Tuning Credits, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Expiry: Tuning credits must be used within 3 months of the original purchase date. Any unused credits will automatically expire after this period, regardless of whether tuning services have been scheduled or used.
• Scheduling & Lead Times: Once tuning credits have been purchased, Boost Factory will contact you to arrange a tuning appointment. Scheduling availability and lead times are subject to change based on our current workload and existing bookings. Purchasing tuning credits does not guarantee immediate tuning availability.
• Non-Refundable: All tuning credit purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason, including unused or expired credits.
• Minimum Billing: Remote tuning is subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour.
• Billing Increments: Tuning time is billed in 1-hour increments only. Any time used beyond a billed hour will be rounded up to the next full hour.
• ECU / Computer Locking: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle's ECU or computer is not password-protected, tuner-locked, or otherwise restricted by a previous tuner before purchasing tuning credits. If Boost Factory connects remotely and determines that the ECU/computer is locked or cannot be accessed due to a previous tuner or existing security restriction, no refund will be provided and the 1-hour minimum tuning charge will apply. Any time spent diagnosing or attempting to gain access to a locked ECU will be considered billable tuning time.
• Unused Credits: Purchasing tuning credits does not guarantee that all purchased time will be required or used. Any remaining credits are subject to the same 3-month expiry period and are non-refundable.
